Bikram Yoga is a hatha yoga consisting of a series of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. The practice takes place in a room heated to 105 degrees Fahrenheit in order to increase flexibility and eliminate toxins from the body.
The benefits of Bikram Yoga include weight loss, improved flexibility, increased strength (both mental AND physical), stress reduction, toxin reduction, increased circulation and the rehabilitation of many injuries.
